Q: How long are the expiry dates of the products sold?
A: Goods sold has a minimum of 6 months in the expiry date.
Q: Can I return my products?
A: Goods sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable in original condition.
Q: I received a defect product, what should I do?
A: We sincerely apologise for this. Please drop us an email at etudehouse.bugis@sg.amorepacific.com with a photo of the defect item and your order reference number. We will get back to you within 3 working days.
Q: Can I redeem & earn membership points by purchasing on this site?
A: There will be no membership points rewarded for any purchase made on this site.
Q: Can I amend or cancel my order after payment?
A: Amendments or cancellations cannot be made once your order has been confirmed.
